National Parks

Some people are appalled to hear that we have never taken our children to Disneyland. I know, it’s a cultural experience that they should have some time in their life.  Oh, well! Instead, we’ve chosen to use our travel money to visit other places, including a lot of National Parks.

We live in Utah so we’ve spent A LOT of time at the Big 5 Utah parks.  Every spring, we plan a trip with our neighbors for Spring Break. We invite the whole neighborhood to join us on a Utah adventure.  Each year we have 8-15 families take us up on the offer. Then, in the fall, we always go to a national park with our extended family.  And, if that isn’t enough, we throw in more visits whenever we get the chance.  We have become local experts on the parks.

Here’s some of our national park vacation itineraries that we think will help you in your travel planning. Skip the lines and crowds, and see some of the most incredible places on earth!  You won’t regret it.
